择要:Basic formulation of non-Hermitian quantum mechanics (NHQM) with emphasis on chemistry, in particular on resonances. Resonances are metastable states of activated complex in any chemical recation. The calculations of energies and life times of activated complexes are hard and often impossible to do using standard (hermitian) QM. NHQM enables the calculations of the energies and lifetimes of activated complexes.
